R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 for taking appropriate action against respondents no. 4 to 10 and for registration of case under Sections 452, 323, 324, 326, 120-B and 506 IPC.

Heard.

The reply by way of affidavit of Harpal Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dera Baba Nanak, District Batala has already been filed. From the reply, it seems that a criminal complaint is already pending in the Court of Magistrate and in the said case report under Section 210 Cr.P.C. was called. Though, it has been found in the enquiry that allegations are not established but these observations in the enquiry will not prejudice to the merits of complaint which is already pending. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy in the complaint case before the Magistrate.
