Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner-Shingara Singh having been summoned as additional accused on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC to face trial in case FIR No.13 dated 30.1.2014 under Sections 307,341, 506,148,149,201 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act,PS Sadar Sunam,Distt.Sangrur prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted that during investigation petitioner was found innocent. It was further submitted that petitioner is ready and willing to face trial.

Vide order dated 11.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, petitioner be released on interim bail. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 11.5.2016 and was released on interim bail.
