(Oral) This is a petition for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.353 dated 20.09.2014 registered under Section 498-A IPC at Police Station A-Division, Amritsar City, District Amritsar.

Today again the complainant-wife is not present. The matter has been referred back from the Mediation Center whereby various sittings were held.    three children. Even today this is the position. Learned counsel for the complainant states that he had specifically informed the complainant but neither she has come nor she has informed.

Learned Additional Advocate General has also accepted this fact.

In these circumstances, petition is allowed.

The interim order dated 08.04.2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
