Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.112 dated 30.11.2004 under Sections 323,324,325,427,148,149 IPC, PS City Gurdaspur.

It is contended that parties had entered into an amicable settlement resulting into acquittal of the co-accused vide judgment dated 9.2.2015. Further reliance is on the affidavit of the complainant at Annexure P-3 stating that complainant has no objection in case proceedings against the petitioner accused are also quashed. Heard learned counsel.

Petitioner was on bail and for his absence during trial was declared a PO on 21.2.2009. It is conceded that he went abroad without seeking permission of the Court and thus violated the terms of bail.
