Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 3 dated 6.1.2015 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. On 14.8.2015, following order was passed by this Court:- "List again on 08.9.2015 In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Naresh Kumar, has submitted that in terms of the above order, GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.09 14:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-11240 of 2015 -2petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 14.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
