Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.05 dated 27.1.2016 under Sections 323,324,506,148,149,427 IPC ( Sections 325,326,307 IPC added later on), PS Nurmahal. As per allegations complainant-Neeraj Sharma alongwith his father-Surinder Kumar was returning to his village on the night of 18.1.2016 at around 8 pm when their motorcycle was knocked down by the accused party chasing them in a car. The petitioner alongwith his two other named co-accused and two unknown persons are alleged to have caused injuries.

Petitioner is alleged to have caused datar blows twice over on the head of complainant.

CRM-M 12236/2016 It is conceded that there are seven injuries on the person of injured complainant. One of them has been declared grievous whereas four of them dangerous to life.

In view of the manner of attack and nature of injuries inflicted upon the complainant, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
