Versus

State of Punjab ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. Ranjodh Singh Sidhu, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 108 dated 02.07.2017, registered under Section(s) 399 & 402 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was earlier admitted to bail in this case and he had been regularly appearing before the learned trial Court. However, his bail was cancelled vide order dated 15.11.2018 as he failed to put in appearance before the learned trial Judge on account of noting wrong date on 25.10.2018, otherwise there was no reason for him not to appear before the learned trial Court. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Prabhjot Singh Walia, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent. A copy of DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.02.26 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
