Petitioner was declared a PO on 19.6.2015.

It was submitted that the non-appearance before the trial court during proceedings of the complaint case was unintentional and bona fide since the proceedings were earlier stayed by the Supreme Court. It was further submitted that the petitioner was ready to face trial.

Vide order dated 4.2.2016 notice of motion was issued and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.02.24 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 1224/2016 trial court within 10 days,he would be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 4.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 10.2.2016 and was granted interim bail.

This fact is not refuted by the learned State counsel. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by the trial court vide order dated 10.2.2016 pursuant to the order dated 4.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
