Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to issue prior notice in case petitioner is required in connection with any FIR registered against him. 2.
Learned State counsel has informed that although no FIR has been registered against the petitioner so far but on the basis of an application No.1738403 dated 28.1.2020 moved by Jagmeet Singh Rai lodging of FIR has been recommended by the Inquiry Officer.

At this stage, Mr. Zorawar Singh Chauhan, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has filed memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record and has submitted that since the petitioner has GAURAV SOROT 2020.02.28 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRM-M-7761-2020 committed a fraud of `24 lakhs, he does not deserve any protection from the Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, the petition is disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner is sought to be arrested pursuant to lodging of FIR on the basis of application No.1738403 dated 28.1.2020 moved by Jagmeet Singh Rai in respect of alleged fraud of `24 lakhs, the petitioner be afforded a prior notice of one week before effecting his arrest.
