Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order vide which the petitioner has been denied the benefit of ex-gratia grant of Rs.50,000/-.

Reliance in the index of the petition had been placed on the pendency of CWP-13184-1999, which as a matter of fact was considered by the Lok Adalat, whereby the claim was disallowed on 16.02.2000, directing the order to constitute a decree under Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

Learned counsel also submits that he has been unable to establish contact with the petitioner.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
