Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for issuing directions to respondent No.3 to take necessary legal action against the private respondents for commission of the offence of cheating and fraudulent inducement punishable under Section 318 of BNS, 2023, and to consider the nomination of respondent NO.9, i.e., Rajinder Kaur, as accused in FIR No.81, dated 02.07.2025, under Sections 305 & 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at Fatehgarh Churian, District Gurdaspur. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of instant petition.
