*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the facilitation/Aggregator charges of 1% along with 18% GST to the petitioner as the petitioner is the Aggregator of the land which has been sold to the respondents through registered sale deed and to pay the entire facilitation charges along with interest from the due date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has inter alia contended that the petitioner is the Aggregator, who as per the Government rates is entitled for the facilitation charges at the rate of 1%. He submits that despite the representation filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 on 25.08.2022 (Annexure P-5), no action thereon has been taken till date and no payment has been made to him whatsoever for which he is legally entitled.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Upasna Dhawan, AAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. She, on instructions from Manish, DRO, Karnal has submitted that the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal i.e. respondent No.3 has already taken the cognizance on the grievances raised by the petitioner and the same would be concluded expeditiously.

In view of the above position, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to conclude the proceedings with regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
