Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that since there are certain typographical mistakes in the main petition, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CRM-M-10758-2024, which is stated to be fixed for 17.7.2024, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case Pankaj Kakkar 2024.03.14 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
