Present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for transferring the case FIR No.81 dated 07.02.2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 427 and 506 IPC at Police Station Rania District Sirsa to another independent agency. 2.

In compliance of order dated 17.02.2025, learned State counsel has filed reply by way of an affidavit of Sanjeev Kumar, Dy. Supdt. Of Police, Ellenabad on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Gurminder Singh, submits that the grievance raised by the present petitioner has been redressed. While referring to para 13 of the reply, learned State counsel submits that after competition of investigation against accused Gagandeep Singh Aulakh, supplementary challan has been presented before the jurisdictional Court on 02.04.2025 and total 11 witnesses have been cited by the prosecution.
