Prayer in the present revision petition is for issuance of a direction to the learned Family Court concerned to expedite the hearing of the petition bearing HMA No.72 of 2024 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter has been pending since 2024.

The dashboard of the District Courts, Narnaul, available on the website of National Judicial Data Grid reveals the pendency of 1028 such cases including 10 year old cases.

Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case titled as High Court Bar Association, Allahabad Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. [2024 (2) RCR (Civil) 199] has held in para No.37(c) as under :

"37(c) Constitutional Courts, in the ordinary course, should refrain from fixing a time-bound schedule for the disposal of cases pending before any other Courts. Yogesh Sharma 2025.02.14 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

No exceptional circumstances have been shown to this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner for issuance of directions to the Court concerned for decision of the petition expeditiously. The present revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
