(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Ramesh Kumar, Police Station Mamoon Kainth, District Pathankot, has submitted that the police has filed cancellation report in this case on 19.2.2016 and the same has been accepted by the concerned court. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with permission to rake up all the pleas available before the appropriate forum.
