RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.06, dated 25.01.2022, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Jaurkian, District Mansa.
Vide order dated 10.03.2022, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 10.03.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, endorsed that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further interrogation.
