 &'(  Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representations Annexures P(10 and P(12 moved by the petitioner are pending before the respondent(authorities for consideration. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(Food Corporation of India on advance copy submits that a decision thereon shall be taken by the authorities in accordance with law.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent( authority along with a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner expeditiously preferably before finalization of the tender proceedings.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accepts or reject the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
