(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the impugned order dated 04.01.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sonipat.
The nature of the order, this Court proposes to pass; no notice is required to be issued to the complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the signatures mismatched and in fact, cheque was not signed by the accused, as such, there is no personal prima facie liability.
Be that as it may, without going into the merits of this contention, this Court in the given facts is reducing the amount of 20% to 5%. The amount be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The present petition stands disposed of.
