(Oral) The present revision petition is disposed of directing the Ist Appellate Court, Mohali, where the appeal filed by respondent Nirmal Singh against petitioner - plaintiff Chander Parkash Malhotra is stated to be pending for 16.11.2021, to dispose of the appeal finally on that date or a short date thereafter, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of order there. Learned counsel appearing for respondent-defendant states that the respondent-defendant shall fully co-operate in addressing the arguments before learned District Judge and would render requisite assistance in decision of the appeal within the fixed time frame as directed by this Court.
