The petitioners apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, have come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
In paragraph 24 of the bail petition, the accused declare that they have no criminal antecedents.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that they are willing to get the sale deed registered and in fact they had never resiled from such compromise but it is for the buyer i.e. the complainant to procure stamp papers for registration fees. 4.
Father and mother of the complainant i.e. Mr. Bhupinder Singh and Mrs. Kamlesh Sharma, are appearing in person in the Court today. Since the complainant was unrepresented, this Court had appointed Mr. Rahul Jaswal, Advocate (E.No.P/1960/2010) as legal aid counsel on behalf of the complainant and given time to interact with the complainant. After interaction, legal aid counsel submits that it is in the interest of the complainant to accept the offer given by petitioners' counsel subject to reserving their rights regarding claim of interest.

It is clarified that in case, the offer made by the petitioners today, is not complied with and the registration is not done as early as possible and certainly not later than 31.03.2023, the State shall file an application for cancellation of bail and the complainant may also file such application through legal aid counsel and on that ground alone, the bail shall be cancelled. It is further clarified that the dates regarding registration shall be informed to the complainant directly and also through the legal aid counsel. Given the positive offer made by the petitioners, this Court requests the counsel for the petitioners as well as legal aid counsel representing the complainant, to take personal interest in settling the matter out of Court. 6.
Legal aid counsel shall be entitled for grant of remuneration as per the rules. 7.
Petition is allowed in the terms mentioned above, Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
