NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel contends that the petitioner will be satisfied if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala (respondent No. 2) is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala (respondent No. 2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law, within two months of presentation of the certified copy of this order.
