RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 167(2) Cr.P.c., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Angrej Singh, in case FIR No. 332 dated 22.09.2017 registered under Sections 15 and 25 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad.
Heard.
Since, the petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting his remedy under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., before the trial Court, therefore, he is relegated to the trial Court, first to exhaust his remedy by filing bail application under the aforesaid section, which shall be decided by the trial Court on merits.
