(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing the official respondents to arrest respondents No.8 to 11 in case FIR No.16 dated 15.02.2015 registered under Sections 307/323/120-B/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59-A of the Arms Act at Police Station Sarai Amanat Khan.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 - Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
