**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 102 dated 25.9.2017 registered at Police Station Kotfatta, District Bathinda under Sections 363, 366-A IPC.

Power of attorney has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 27.9.2017 and in the statement given before the Magistrate, the girl had stated that she had gone on her own and she did not accompany her parents and was sent to the Nari Niketan and at the trial as well the girl did not support the prosecution version.

Copy of the statement of the victim has been placed on record. No doubt the girl was just 15 years old. She has also been lodged in Nari Niketan. The victim had not supported the prosecution from the very beginning. The State would take time to complete the evidence.
