SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for seeking quashing of order dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in Criminal Appeal No.13708 of 2024 in Criminal Complaint No.3103 of 2017 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to the extent of the condition laid to the petitioner for depositing 20% of the compensation amount. 2.
