**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 for directing their subordinates i.e. respondents No. 4 and 5 to proceed with the investigation of the matter by taking into consideration Annexure P-5 and to lodge cross-case against the private respondents i.e. respondents No. 6 to 9. Learned counsel for respondents No. 6 to 9 submits that this petition has become infructuous as the cross-case had been registered against the private respondents i.e. respondents No. 6 to 9 and other coaccused under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC vide General Diary No. 23 dated 24.9.2018, P.S. GRP, Ferozepur and challan has already been presented in the Court.

CRM-M No. 8077 of 2019 -2In the present case, cross-case has been registered against respondents No. 6 to 9 and challan has also been presented in the Court. So far as SC/ST Act is concerned, a complaint under the SC/ST (Annexure R-6/1) has also been filed by Pritam Kaur, who is one of the accused and has been found innocent.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
