This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 71 dated 27.06.2015 under sections 279, 337, 338 IPC at Police Station City , Guradaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to order dated March 23, 2018, petitioner has appeared before the trial court and released on interim bail.

In view of above, order dated March 23, 2018 is hereby made absolute. In case statement made by petitioner is found to be false, State shall be at liberty to apprise this court by moving an appropriate application. Disposed of.
