Mandeep Kaur" HMA No.173 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Samrala, to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Jalandhar. As per office report, the respondent has been duly served but there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. TA-227-2020 (O&M) by the learned Sessions Judge, Ludhiana and now the present petition has been filed as a counter blast to the FIR registered by the petitioner. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the present petition is allowed. The petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as "Yadwinder Singh Vs. Mandeep Kaur" HMA No.173 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Samrala, will be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Jalandhar.
