Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioner has also submitted a representation, Annexure P-8. According to him, petitioner shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that representation shall be considered as per law and decision shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than two months.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
