******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite his efforts, he could not contact the appellants and is not in a position to supply complete address of respondents in order to further proceed with the appeal. He submits that appropriate orders may be passed as he has exhausted all his attempts to contact the appellants.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellants and the fact that service of respondents could not be effected for want of correct address, this appeal is dismissed for non-supply of correct addresses of respondents No.1 and 2.

However, if the counsel for the appellants is successful in getting correct address of respondents No.1 and 2 within six months, he may file the same and seek restoration of the appeal. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) March 12, 2018.
