The challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by the Rent Controller assessing the provisional rent and the order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 08.01.2025 dismissing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord has pointed out that in the interregnum, ejectment order was passed on 04.03.2025 and against the same an appeal was preferred by the petitioner-tenant herein which appeal has also since been dismissed vide order dated 21.04.2025. Hence, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
