As per allegations land of complainant-Amar Kaur @ Amarjit Kaur has been sold by her step-brother Jeet Singh by forging her GPA dated 26.10.1993.

Role attributed to the present petitioner is that he identified the impersonator as complainant-Amar Kaur @ Amarjit Kaur, executant of the GPA.

Counsel for the petitioner heard.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of allegations, custodial interrogation of petitioner would be required for free and fair investigation.

Dismissed.
