REKHA MITTAL, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner has already joined investigation in compliance with interim bail granted by this Court. It is further submitted that dispute between the parties has been settled in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide settlement/agreement dated 23.05.2017.
Counsel for the State would concede to the position that the petitioner has already joined investigation and a copy of the settlement/agreement has been produced before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the above, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03.04.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions incorporated therein. However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise.
