The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 1167, dated 31.12.2022, under Section 379-B of the IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

This Court vide order dated 28.02.2023, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 28.02.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
