State of Punjab, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 2.4.2014, are made absolute.
The petitioner, Kuldeep Kaur wife of Surinder Singh shall join the investigation as and when required to do so by the investigating agency. She shall also abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

CRM-M-11416-2014 In case the petitioner or her co-accused fails in providing the required documents to the informant, Inderjit Kaur, within fifteen days of passing of this order, for arranging her Visa to go to Australia, the informant/complainant side would be at liberty to move an application for withdrawal of the concession being granted to the petitioner.
