NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed against the judgment dated 08.09.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Hansi, Hisar, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground of adultery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the matter between the parties has been settled and petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, filed by the parties, has been allowed vide order dated 21.12.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court at Hansi, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in support of his contentions, has placed on record certified copy of the said order dated 21.12.2023. The same is taken on record.
