As per the report of the Registry, the mediation report has been received, indicating that the matter was a non-starter. 2.
As per the report of the Registry, the notices issued to the appellants have not been received back in any form, either served or unserved. On the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants had withdrawn the power of attorney and prayed for issuance of notice to the appellants. Even today, no one has appeared on their behalf. Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken by the appellants to pursue the present appeal.
