Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of complaint No. 3175 of 2008 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 6.1.2011 (Annexure P-5) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Heard.

During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the parties have already concluded their evidence. In these circumstances, at this stage, no ground for interference by this Court is made out as the petitioners would be at liberty to take up all the pleas available to them before the Trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
