**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in his second attempt under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.250 dated 25.04.2014 registered under Sections 148, 149, 450, 302 IPC (Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act added later on and Section 120-B IPC deleted later on) at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.
Perusal of the record would show that petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender on 04.12.2014. He was arrested on 07.07.2015 and was granted regular bail on 14.09.2016. Thereafter, petitioner was again declared as a MOHMED ATIK 2022.04.04 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.10043 of 2022 proclaimed offender on 15.10.2018 and was arrested on 05.09.2019. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.32399 of 2020 was got dismissed as withdrawn on 26.10.2020. Learned State counsel submits that today is the date fixed before the trial Court and only one witness is yet to the examined.
No ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. However the trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest.
