for grant of regular bail in FIR No.168 dated 17.05.2024 under Sections 376 (2) (n) and 506 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Tehsil Camp, District Panipat.

Facts of the case are complainant 'AK' filed written complaint that earlier she was married to Joginder whom she left and started living with Manish. She lived with Manish for 12 years along with her daughter i.e. victim 'NK' aged about 14 years from previous marriage. Thereafter, Manish started keeping bad eye on her daughter in April, 2023. Her daughter was left with her sister and she was to bring her back in the evening. In her absence, Manish took his daughter to Delhi. She tried to contact him but he

 
did not pick up the phone. She started residing in a rented house near her family. Now her daughter disclosed that Manish had done wrongful act with her in Delhi as well as at home. Ultimately, the matter was reported to the police.
