(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.17 dated 09.02.2021 registered under Sections 452, 506, 509, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at P.S. Bhargo Camp, Jalandhar. Notice of motion was issued on 12.03.2021. Thereafter vide order dated 24.03.2021, petitioner was directed to join the investigation. Vide order dated 26.07.2021, petitioner was again directed to join investigation on 01.08.2021 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of no injury.

CRM-M-11331-2021 Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sandeep Kaur submits that in compliance of orders dated 24.03.2021 and 26.07.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and his presence is no more required for further investigation of the case. In view above statement made by learned State counsel, the interim orders dated 24.03.2021 and 26.07.2021 are made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
