(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to mention, the petitioner would be at liberty to apprise the Investigating Officer in respect of all the facts as may be relevant. If any such facts are brought to the notice of the Investigating Officer, the same shall be looked into before filing the final report in terms of Section 173 Cr.P.C. It be ensured that provisions of Sections 41 and 41-A Cr.P.C. be duly complied with.
