(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not been released the General Provident Fund, which was deducted from his salary from the year 1980 to 1986, though, he has already retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that though the petitioner has already submitted a representation on 12.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3, but no action has been taken so for for the redressal of the grievance raised in the said representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation.
