Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioners have already put in appearance before the trial court. Without expression of any opinion regarding sufficiency of cause for non appearance before the trial court on 24.9.2015, the petitioners can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail in the interest of justice and expeditious disposal of the trial, which is pending since 2013. The petition is allowed and interim order dated 29.1.2016 is hereby confirmed and the petitioners will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that the petitioners will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent themselves without any sufficient cause March 28 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
