SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.99 dated 07.06.2023 under Sections 21,61 & 85 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at P.S. Beas, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
