R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 197 dated 23.03.2015 for offences under Sections 354 (A)(D) and 506 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ram Roop submits that in deference to order dated 09.04.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation. It is further stated that cancellation report has been recommended to the Superintendent of Police, Jind.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 09.04.2015 is made absolute. The petitioner shall also abide by the restrictions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
