Learned counsel for the applicant states that it being so he be permitted to withdraw the present transfer application. Permission is granted. The transfer application in question is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order passed on 14.3.2022 staying the proceedings before the trial Court at Kharar comes to an end and the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the divorce petition from the Court at Kharar in accordance with law. The application so moved by him in that regard is disposed of accordingly.
