The present appeal has been filed by the appellant for setting aside/modified the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hoshiarpur.

As is recorded in the order dated 04.10.2023, learned counsel Mr. Ravinder Mohan Suri, Advocate is no longer in practice and thus, notice was issued to the appellant.

Despite the case having been called out twice, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.

Ordered accordingly.
