(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to hand over investigation of case FIR No. 69 dated 18.07.2017 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar, Abohar, District Fazlika, to Central Bureau of Investigation or Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, or to any other independent agency except the State agency, as the same has been registered as counter-blast to FIR No. 60 dated 09.06.2015, Police Station Sri Muktsar Sahib, on the directions of learned Judge, Special Court, Sri Muktsar Sahib, vide judgment dated 03.06.2015 (Annexure P-4).

Heard.

The instant petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas which he has raised in this petition, in his defence, before the trial Court.
